i love this place but they have a new delivery kid who takes absolutely forever to deliver, your food is always cold .

Called to check on grubhub order couldn't find it. Said they'd call grubhub then call me back. Didn't call back so I called them. Girl acted like this conversation didn't just happen...didn't know what to do. I didn't feel like waiting anymore so I said nvm. 5 minutes later get a random number calling me. Guy answers with "I'm upstairs" I was like huh? Not like "aristons delivery I'm outside" I was so confused because I'd assumed they'd lost the order. Great now we already ordered from somewhere else and have to cancel it. Took him so long to get here fries were in a soggy heap and pizza was getting cold. Never ordering delivery again.
