I was with a party of 4. It took a century to get any service. Despite the fact there was only one other party dining. Our food came out no only burnt but cold! When I asked for a refill on my soda, the waitress came over and grabbed the glass as though I just asked her to dance around naked. As she walked away, she was grumbling about me needing more soda. In my entire life, I've never been treated so poorly! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

All the sauces tazted the same. Large portions. A typical generic family resturant. I also choked on a bone in thier chowder.

This is my favorite place for Italian on the north shore. Breadsticks and a large salad are served as appetizers and my only warning is to not get too full on the breadsticks as they are completely addictive. My absolute favorite is the chicken marsala. The wine sauce is just the perfect amount sweet. There is also a tiny bar if you just want to come in for a glass of wine and a slice of tiramisu.

Fun evening, Great atmosphere and superb service. Extremely tasty dishes, the vegetable with the entree were more of a garnish and afterthought. Very good food.!

If these reviews were on food alone, Casa De Lucca would be receiving 5 stars, but unfortunately service is included.
Like I said the food is great, when you eat in, you get unlimited salad and unlimited PHENOMENAL bread sticks. May I suggest take out though. I have been to Casa De Lucca well over 20 times, but over the past two years I have found that the service has dropped. It appears to be secluded to just one waitress, who I always for some reason end up getting. My first experience with her was horrible, she gave us an attitude when we asked for more salad and bread sticks and when we asked to wrap things up to take them home she refused our requests. After this, I called the owner the very next day, he apologized through the roof and assured me he would take care of the problem. I figured I would give it another chance, again I ended up with the same waitress and got the same curt attitude. Since then I just get take out, but I still see that she works there. Unfortunately she single handedly cost them two stars.
Like I said, I HIGHLY recommend Casa De Lucca for there food, but be weary of the service.
