Failed to deliver and offered no explanation of why it was not delivered. Worker actually laughed when I complained. Don’t bother doing business with this store choose another

I have been a customer all over the country, fir years and years. Yesterday this franchise owner left $100 of chocolate covered strawberries in the snow. Never made contact with the recipient of my gift. The store manager. Will not take responsibility. I have called several times to resolve this issue. Horrible.

1st I will start by saying I am a business owner and have managed many businesses. The customer service at this specific location is less than desirable. I ordered a fruit basket to be delivered on 2/27. At approximately 4 PM I received notification that it was undeliverable. The store closes at 5 PM. When I called the location the customer service was deplorable. Not only was I chuckled at but they had no answers regarding why it Hadden been delivered. I requested to speak with a manager or owner. I was told to call back Monday. I asked for a customer service number which just sent me back to the local store. After expressing my dissatisfaction regarding their customer service and lack of perfessionalism still nothing. Was told to call back Monday. Again I asked for a manager. Informing the sales rep I was a business owner and a client was waiting and looking forward to receiving this delivery and that I needed to speak with someone about this. she finally with additude agreed to call the manager. The manager refused to speak with me instead relayed a message through the customer service rep. I am left with no notice and a client waiting for a special delivery. No recourse and serious disappointment. I will look else where going forward. It saddens me that this manager/franchise owner had no regard for the customer looking for answers. I still have no idea why this package wasn't delivered. The address is easily found on Google and the client has been home all day. I highly recommend looking else where when wanting to send a special gift to someone as it may not be delivered and you will be left with no time to send something else in place of it.
