In the clients best interest first; no matter what.
That is the conviction John Minigiello has for his clients.
When you first meet John, there are many positives, but several qualities really stand out competence, honesty, hardworking, and creativity.
I have been a mortgage broker since 1995. In all those years I have worked alongside many mortgage professionals. It is extremely rare when you come across a professional who is intelligent, educated and seasoned and who truly cares about his clients.
John is very knowledgeable and does extensive research in order to properly advise his clients for the best mortgage program available. He will go out of their way to ensure they are comfortable with the mortgage option they chose. John is a true world class professional.
