Olga Lee Sets the standard for customer service always does what she says with a smile. Olga knows her product and answered all my questions without hesitating. My wife and I are not to good with computer's. When ever we had documents that needed to be sent to the main office Olga would meet me in her office and scan the documents in for me. When I asked about locking in our rate. Olga told me to wait and she would contact me when she thought was the best time to do that. A few month later Olga emailed me and said you should consider locking in this week. Turns out Olga got us a 1/2 point rate reduction!!! Over the next week the rates started creeping back up!
