5 stars seems minimal for the help Microtime provides our office! In any situation or circumstance they are always there to help us! Arthur Cushing always goes above and beyond to help us here. Hes efficient, experienced, friendly and never ever makes us feel incompetent. He always follows up to make sure our issues are working and fixed! He is a true asset to Microtime! They are fortunate to have him! A fabulous company all around!

Microtime Computers recently replaced our previous IT team and they have been phenomenal. I have personally made them jump through all sorts of IT hoops which our previous team told me repeatedly were not possible. NOT THESE GUYS! They've never said no to me, just that they'll figure it out, and they do. Without making me feel like a ding dong to boot. They are completely unlike any other IT team I've worked with and I have yet to find a problem they can't fix. Their response time is incredible too, which is a must for IT support (especially when your system is failing and your launch deadline is staring you in the face). Every member of their team that I've worked with have been absolutely lovely to work with. YAY.

Chris was extremely professional and reviewed various items on my browser. After several tweaks and reinstallation of the browser and adjusting some settings within SmartVault, the portal seems to be working much quicker. A few hours later, I had to log back into Smartvault via the browser and utilized one of the bookmarks and noticed that I was back to the old view that Chris and I were looking for after he did the above changes. I realized one of my bookmarks was outdated and deleted it. (Learned this from talking with Chris earlier, and when we couldn't locate the original layout/theme.) Chris's knowledge was extremely helpful and he resolved this issue quick and efficiently. He's an asset to MT. Thanks Chris!"
