Rutter has been our managed service provider for a couple of years.
Prior, we had been working with a larger provider but found their response times to long, especially for simple problems.
Not the case with Rutter, you can submit your requests via email or if it's urgent, pick up the phone and call and talk to a live person!
Their support team is very knowledgeable, patient and efficient.
Not only do they manage our IT but they have been able to source and upgrade our server seamlessly. they have also gotten us through several software updates that previously caused a lot of downtime and inconvenience - but Rutter got it done efficiently and with little to no disruption to our business. If you need IT support - Rutter is the place to get it!

Experts in business networks. I highly reccomend them if you have any network or server problems. I had a cisco router down, they fixed it within 2 hours. Awesome support and people.
