        This is the only OB GYN in my life who made me feel like my concerns were a bother. I had to beg to get a call back about breakthrough bleeding on the pill and switched to pills aimlessly with recurring symptoms which forced me to call and reschedule an appointment to be seen. I was told that an IUD was the only solution but not explained that this particular office does not buy and bill. So not only did I wait 45 minutes for my appt to be told wrong information, but I only found out because I was notified by the pharmacy that the IUD was cancelled. I had to call the women's health office in Brookline to get an answer that I could have gotten prior. When a patient is experiencing constant pain for 6 months and tries to express needing help, I don't want to be seen by someone who makes me feel like I'm taking up too much time. I highly recommend seeing someone else.
