Reserved a room online and was beyond disappointed. Absolutely NO notification that the hotel was undergoing renovation and that every single room in the place was an absolute pit, so I couldn't even change rooms. According to staff, this CHOICE HOTEL member had been undergoing maintenance for SEVEN MONTHS at that point; being delays due to financial and contractor issues. IF I'd been afforded the warning of the conditions I could have at least made other arrangements, but this was a deceitful practice...so thankful my wife didn't travel with me. UNIMAGINABLY DISGUSTING...
Rooms: Dated decor, dank, mildewed, unkempt, foul and downright disgusting.

Hotel under remodeling and no facilities available. Front desk staff not helpful. No breakfast items available. Doors locked early evening And have to have someone see you or buzz you in. Not what I expect from Quality Suites.

This is by far the worse hotel experience I've ever had. First off, the majority of the hotel is under construction with cigarette butts and plastic on the floors, to why they are charging full price as other hotels is beyond me. A roach was crawling on my neck when I was in bed, but to top it off, the flashing alarm system came on at 5:30am in every room and did not stop for the remaining day. I couldn't sleep, so I had to go downstairs while the fire truck was outside. I spoke to management once he came in at 9:00 am and explained to him that my room is still flashing lights. He offered to refund partial my money but here is the best part... Instead of issuing my refund amount, they Instead charged me again for the partial amount. So for this horrible experience, I paid full price plus an additional $31 dollars. I called the front desk and explained the mistake they made and they said the manager would call me the next day to fix the issue, No call. I wait 2 more days and called back. They took my name and number again and 2 more days pass and still no call, so now I'm forced to call my bank to contest the charge. Trust me when I tell you, do not go to this hotel.
