We recently ordered a 2022 Grand Cherokee L Altitude. The vehicle arrived earlier than we anticipated and we were kept in the loop the entire time. Mike, Angie, and Frank do an exceptional job and they are extremely professional. I will be buying my next vehicle here and recommend this location to anyone in the market.

Worst experience ever. My car sat there for a week without anyone looking at it. Took it to Prince FREDERICK JEEP an it was looked at the next day an will be done today. I will never deal with this dealership again. They also messed up a key I had them make last year an had to go through bs as mentioned in the reviews on their fb page. Steer clear of this place.
