I came for 1 battery for my car. He gave me the battery and also gave me the grease.
The grase for the battery i did not request, he ring it, he charged for it until i call his attention and told him that is not the way to do business.
You dont come to buy 1 part and they sell you 2 parts without asking or offer them.
Management and corporate should be aware of this practice.
It is call up selling, but it is not the way to do it.

Three men in the store on May 14th at 5pm and all three of them were not willing to install a battery even though the site says that when you buy a battery they will install it. Incredibly disappointed by the customer service here - I highly do not recommend coming here. Do yourself a favor and go to a different auto parts store where customer service is a priority!

Placed two orders, for same day delivery, both were cancelled. Very unreliable, why even bother offering a service if you don't support it! Boo, do better.
