The 2 employees at the Charlotte Hall store was absolutely the most helpful, polite, people I have ever met. The two together made sure that I was 100 percent taken care of, and that all of my needs were met. Bill called another store to find the seat cover I wanted, and asked them to bring it to his store location, and Amy was extremely helpful as well, when I returned the following day, the other store failed to bring it to the store, so Amy immediately called to see why it had not been delivered, and the delivery person never picked it up at the other store, so Amy explained it to me, and offered to go pick it up for me with her own vehicle, on her own time. These 2 employees Bill, and Amy are what wonderful customer service feels like. They both went over, and beyond to make sure I was happy, and made sure my seat cover made it to their store in Charlotte Hall, md. I thank them both, if there were 100 stars to give, they would well deserve them all. There should be a lot more people just like them, because it would make shopping more enjoyable.
