I had an 11:30am 10/27/2018 appointment to see the listed property at 707 Addison rd, Capitol Heights, MD. I came all the way from Germantown to see this property, just to be told that apparently the tour was cancelled because the townhouse was now under contract. I received nothing in advance saying that the tour was cancelled. I've been trying to see this property for weeks now. Had your agency provided Swift and diligent service I'm sure I would've been the one to get the contract. This has been the most unprofessional realtor experience I've ever had. Inconvenienced would be an understatement. This is unacceptable, especially coming from a "licensed realtor".
