This is a pretty good realty company. The associate I had who I won't name was good. He couldn't secure the right properties in my range. When we did find one, he couldn't really secure the negotiation for me. I saw a house I wanted in Laurel. It was a corner house, no basement, perfect I thought. Two buyers with the same bank, Navy Federal Credit Union. The other clients' deal fell through but by this time, I had secured a realtor for Baltimore home viewing. All homes in PG, Montgomery and surrounding counties have HOA fees that are off the chain. I noticed this and decided to move in Baltimore. I found a nice townhome with no HOA fees that I like and purchased. Unfortunately, Keller didn't sell it but could have if the realtor could move properties in Baltimore. Like I said, he was good.

My husband and I bought our first home with the guidance of Andrea deMelo and Keller Williams Bethesda. They made the process smooth. In the future, when we are ready to buy another home, we plan on contacting Andrea. Andrea is very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. She has excellent communication skills.
