Worst experience at the Towson mall location Ian the store manager is an absolute douche and was not willing to help at all actually spoke terribly about Mens warehouse and did not recommend that we order from them because we may receive damage goods. Was there to purchase a suit arrived with measurements and he was not able to help in any way. He is terrible and needs to get a new career that is not customer facing. Luckily Ive had great experiences with the company overall they just must not know about this Inept person working in their store

Men's Warehouse in Towson mall has some great salespeople who take great care of you and answer all your questions. I had some very specific dress shirts in mind and they helped me find exactly what I needed and I got a great deal on 4 shirts.

I had an extreme disturbing experience today at the mens warehouse in Towson. The manager Ian was beyond rude and dismissive of my needs. I very much wanted to purchase at least one suit for an upcoming event and Ian not only persuaded me against finding an appropriate size but also encouraged me not to purchase with his company. I was appalled by his behavior and lack of customer service. I have had other experiences within the company that were great but IAN SANDLER was awful.
