I waited in line for over 15 minutes on a weekday afternoon. The teller was polite. Not his fault. Ever since Mr. Johnny Kim left as manager the branch at Four Corners, 115 University Blvd West in Silver Spring, MD, this branch is understaffed, has long waits, with staff who are disinterested. When Mr. Kim was the manager, staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The men wore ties and suit jackets. Could they at least wear office-quality shirts now?

This bank has a nice staff, especially Brandon! I have a learning disability that effects my ability to comprehend and wording out my speech. Brandon spoke to me in a way I can understand. For a long time I knew I can use my credit card to withdraw some cash but 2 TIMES I was told that I couldn’t (Capital One branch from Kemp Mill) and I finally decided to come here for help. Brandon taught me and helped me even though it was quite busy. He deserves recognition for his attentiveness! Kudos for him and the bank. Yes, it’s very busy but please be patient to the staff, they’re really nice!

I literally just left this branch and HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am young and I look even younger. I had just left work and was stuck in traffic and I need to use the restroom, BAD. I ask the lady not sure her name but would of been the manger because she had sets of keys ready to lock the doors. I had ask if I can use the restroom and she tells me “I’m sorry no public restroom” then I proceed to tell her while hoping/ shaking doing the pee dance “I just got out of work and I really have to go I was stuck in traffic, I just need to use the restroom and I’m going to withdraw some money. Hoping she would see I’m here for business too. Then she tells me “I’m sorry” as I started to walk she tells me “we have an ATM in here” and I said “look I really need to use the restroom I just wanted to take money out and go”. Are you serious!!! You still want me to do business here with you and I’m legit about to pee myself??? WOOOOW goes to show you only want business. And I’ve been a loyal customer for about 5 years and this is how I get treat? I’m a grown woman I know how to use the restroom and clean after myself, I’m not doing to blow up the bathroom I simply need to pee REALLY BAD. Capital one went down hill, this was the last straw for me being with you for about 5 years... I’m going to take all my money out from your bank and go elsewhere, where my Business is appreciated and I get treated like a human being because we “VALUE GEUST” have to pee too!!!!
