        1. A new aide was supposed to meet with my mother for free and then return to start working with her if all went well. Instead, the new aide simply showed up unannounced and that was not what we had requested. 2. They used to send out bills and would let you know if a prior bill had not been paid, or perhaps the payment had not yet been received. This practice was stopped with no announcement and a few months ago my mother was informed she owed money for 7 payments (actually 0nly 6 because they messed up and we had paid the one bill in question and they kept telling us we had not)! 3. Their billing system is highly confusing and I understand that they are now going to FORCE you to pay electronically via credit card, or deducting from your bank account and exceptions to this practice swill not be allowed!
