Lean on Dee Senior Home Care Services

My siblings and I hired Lean on Dee to care for my mother who struggles with Parkinson's disease and we are so happy with the skilled compassionate care she receives. I can't say enough about the caregivers and the customer service is great too. They have been very quick to respond to any request or concern we have had. We sought out a home care agency when I found out I needed spinal surgery. I'd been the full time caregiver for my wife, and would be out of commission for weeks if not months as a result. Lean on Dee, a family-owned home health services business, was recommended by a hospital social worker. She gave us good advice. We have only good things to say about them, from their very attentive office staff, Danielle, Tony and Winsome -- who always responded quickly, who came to our home on several occasions to make sure things were going well and who were flexible in response to our needs -- to Regina and Ruffina, the two kind and lovely women who alternately provided daytime "companion care" (meals, laundry, light housekeeping) for my wife while I was in the hospital and for the next five weeks while I recovered. They were always on time, never missed a day, always greeted us cheerfully and respectfully. They were always trying to solve problems and make us more comfortable. They sought out work to do, constantly tried to feed us, and generally made each day more pleasant for us both. We couldn't have been happier with the care given. Frankly, now that I can resume caregiving for my wife, we're genuinely sad to end this relationship. We'll be sorry to see them go.

This home care service was excellent. No matter what, they were there for us. Even Dee would come and help with things. They all went above and beyond to help us. If we ever need help again we would not hesitate to call for help. Branch liked everyone. He had no complaints of any one.

Lean on Dee was a dream to work with. They anticipated my mother's special needs, took great care of her, and were true professionals. Scheduling was easy, they adapted to many on-the-fly changes, some daily, with Mom's schedule and were always prepared with a solution to make it as easy as possible on my mom and the family. Maureen, Priscilla, and Zara were very qualified and attentive caregivers. Mom is no longer in need of a private caregiving service, however, I would definitely call them again if a need arises in the future.
