        This branch has been closed since March,which I found out just now....Sept 29. I know this because I tried entering the bank, only to find doors locked I was told of the closure by a former employee . Why does this website still show the branch being open? I have also had lots of trouble with my access to my online account. I am loosing confidence in BBT.

        Worst bank ive been with by far. Theyre available balance system is seldomly accurate and they charge you overdraft fees up the wazoo... customer service is nasty too... nd when you set up to decline overdrafts they charge you the same fee for declining... terrible bank.. they take advantage
