        The line is always long, their hours are terrible, and Brenda is always so rude with an attitude. I would not go to any Bank of America based on my experience here.

        I have been a customer of Bank of America in Severna Park for many years.  The bank manager and tellers always greet me with a smile.  The bank manager always has been helpful and polite.  Frankly I was stunned by the one 1 star review as that has not been my experience.

        Like the new ATM software and screen, making choices easier. Manager, Raphael is very knowledgeable and always great service! This branch finally got new outdoor signage after 25+ years!
