Very nice and very helpful. Asked me to text pics of leaking water heater and came on time same day prepared to replace. Very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and price was very reasonable. Very pleased with service.

Some of the most knowledgeable, professional, and hard working contractors I’ve ever dealt with! Our water heater broke unexpectedly, leaving us without hot water or heat (aquatherm furnace) and they were able to come out right away to install a replacement at a reasonable price. They helped us navigate a complicated warranty replacement, an above-average complexity install, and went above and beyond at every step to make sure the job was done right...even going out of their way to secure a part in order to prevent the same issue from happening in the future! Would HIGHLY recommend Rob and his team.

This guys are phenomenal! Water heater failed catastrophically. They were over within hours after we called them, when everyone else wasn't available for DAYS. In and out within 3 hours exactly as predicted. Straight up pricing as predicted by their website - actually I think they came in a little under their website. Fast, Responsible, Professional, and EASY. Which is everything you want when your water heater catastrophically fails. They even checked on us a frw days later - incredibly kind. We WILL USE AGAIN. I am more than just impressed, I am grateful for Baltimore Water Heater guys! I live in Fed Hill, had an emergency, and called two big companies. Both times I got a secretary with no knowledge of plumbing or costs. One company even charged to just look at it (and not until the next day). Then I called BWHGs. Rob gave me a flat fee on the phone, without seeing it. He asked me to take some pictures, then came right over. It was a bigger job than he had anticipated due to the previous plumber's shoddy job, but Rob still stuck to his initial flat fee. Folks, Use BWHGs. You will talk to a real guy who knows his stuff; he will take all guesswork out by giving you a flat fee; and to top it off he's a nice guy who wants to help and is truly grateful for the work. I would recommend BWHGs to anyone who needs a water heater replaced; they are so good at it because it's all they do! Service: Boiler installation
