In responding to this review and client (Mr. king). Brian Freeman aka Mr. Elite was invited out to do an assessment . The client stated that his kitchen area was very cold behind the exterior wall right behind the kitchen sink area. I told the client that there were two options for addressing the problem. Either remove the granite countertops that were in front of the wall, remove the drywall and insulation the wall properly which would be very expensive or try to insulate from the outside of the house which was more affordable. After all I try to save clients money. Mr. king chose the less expensive option. The day I commenced on the project it was determined that behind the siding was 3/4 inch sheathing and removing it would have effected the integrity of the house in that area, so I suggested that I replace the original siding and refund the client. I also suggested to the client that he contact a company that specializes in drilling small holes in the side of the house to spray foam to solve the problem. Mr. king agree. I did not know Mr. King wound get so upset because we did not return his deposit immediately. I have been in business for 30 years now and all companies have lawful refund policies. Anyway Mr. King’s deposit was refunded after the supplies were turned to the supplier. hopefully the Mr. King got his insulation problem solved by the company I have recommended to him.

So if we feel as though a client does not have any idea when they want a project completed or have a budget we move on to the next client. No company wants to waste their time with a person that is confused.
