I live in Meridian Watermark in Chestefield VA. My issue is I live on the 4th floor and the elevator has been broken here and there for months. Management finally placed an out of order.sign on the elevator instructing tenants to use stairs. I've sent an email to our Resident Manager to no avail. I think for the sake of transparency all tenants in this building should have received an email or some form of notification first and foremost expressing empathy and an approximate date service will be restored. Instead nothing absolutely nothing, no communication whatsoever.
