Warm and sincere thanks to Lloidy Guevara...and his excellent team. Lloidy was recommended by a good friend...I am grateful to have worked with him. We started from scratch; within four short months, he took care of buying my lovely condo at Leisure World and selling my beloved home in Derwood. He is definitely "one-stop" person. From the onset, I entrusted all the details to him; he took care of every step in selling/buying in a professional, efficient and thorough manner. There were times I did not understand some procedures; he never once made me feel rushed. Each time, he made me feel like I was his only client and kept explaining until he was sure that I was comfortable. Although there were a couple of challenges along the way, he took care of everything for me; it was a very smooth operation from start to finish. Not only is is a professional, he adds a very personal touch, showing genuine concern. His team is superb. Karen at his office is super-quick and takes care of matters promptly.
