Paul was my agent when I bought my condo and everything went so well that when it came time to sell it he was my first choice. Each step along the way his advice proved to be exactly on target. When I got discouraged about how long it was taking to sell my condo he encouraged me to stick with it and not lower my asking price to bring in more potential buyers. He was exactly right. I was able to sell my condo for my original asking price despite a very slow market. And when it came time to work through the offer and final settlement, he helped me do so from across the country with no problems at all. He kept in touch with me throughout and was very responsive to my emails and text messages. I can't recommend Paul highly enough!

I called Hillstrom. Paul Hillstrom answered my call. Then he told me that it was not a good time to talk and for me to call him tomorrow. I asked if he could call me. He said best for me to call him. Wow. If I'm too busy, I don't answer my phone. Too bad Paul. You just lost out on a possible $3M transaction. Advice: If you're too tired or can't take a call...don't. I have never really liked working with realtors, as the ones I have in the past never seem to listen to my needs or wants. But I have to say that Paul was one of the best one I have ever worked with. From the first time we meet to discuss the sale of my condo, he listened to everything I was concerned about, answered those concerns and made me feel good about the choices I made. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. It went so smooth from the day we put it on the market to when it closed. Paul was there ever step of the way helping me to understand the process. I was moving out West and working with a realtor long distance, Paul even helped me to understand and handle that process. I would highly recommend him and is team as they are one of the few that really work with you.

I 150% recommend Paul for your real estate needs. Paul recently helped me sell my elderly mothers home the first home I have ever had to sell though I come from a family steeped in real estate. I selected Paul after interviewing several real estate agents and my instincts proved well that he would be a rock-steady supporting hand during an emotional and complicated process made all the more difficult with an immobile 100-year-old mother to care for in the house initially and the COVID-19 context. He made himself very available even during his vacation, kept me up-to-speed without being intrusive, gave great suggestions to make the whole process as simple as possible (even paint color!), and was always courteous and gracious. The sale went wonderfully for over the asking price with no contingencies, and my mother is now living in my home. It is a huge, stressful headache gone for which I thank Paul from the bottom of my heart.
