Special kudos to Daphne, my mother's care-giver, and to the staff (Suchita and Yama) who handle the logistics of sharing Daphne's reports with me. I live far away from my mother and so Daphne's reports are important for my understanding of how my mother is faring. I appreciate that those reports also show me a care-taker who is increasingly thoughtful and personal in her duties. I recommend Interim Healthcare for anyone who needs help caring for or keeping tabs on a loved one.

Interim Healthcare of Gaithersburg has provided at-home care and support for our family during my wifes journey down the pathway of dementia (FTD) over the past four years. All of the Interim staff - caregivers, nurses, schedulers and front office - have always been pleasant, helpful and courteous. They dealt professionally with our needs and were flexible and understanding as our situation evolved. Mary and Amy are deserving of special recognition. They were pillars of strength when we needed support. They were there with advice and direction when we sometimes lost our way. They gave openly with their hearts and love when that is what we needed. We have been blessed to have had them on "our team" and consider them part of our extended family.

Now that I've worked for Interim Healthcare of Gaithersburg, MD for over 3 1/2 years- my review has changed. I couldn't be more proud as an employee to work here. The owners Mike and Shannon Priddy are like family. My boss Amy Kisange is the most encouraging and inspirational- she always trusts me and wants everyone to exceed goals, our greatest cheerleader! A huge shout out to our caregivers- they are the heart and soul of our business. Our hiring process is extensive and thorough because we want the best of the best on our team. Clients are happy and give compliments regularly.
