Director Sibo Ncube is a consummate professional who knows her business; she was recommended by another health care professional, and we have used her firm several times during my spouse's fight with PD. She has a personal relationship with us and she is always responsive to any question or to provide a sub quickly when we need someone. The care givers are knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Each has been punctual and did not sit around doing nothing when my spouse was napping or otherwise engaged. Everyone, including Sibo, was completely respectful of my spouse and his needs -- never talking down to him and treating him like a child -- and all were absolutely trustworthy. You can rely on Sibo and Trusted Touch with loved ones' at-home care.

I went to Trusted Touch in December 2022 seeking care for a family member who was set to undergo a major hip surgery in February. I sought a female caregiver who would stay overnight to help with bathing, bathroom, food preparation, light housekeeping and care of three cats. Sibo was great. She listened attentively to my family members plight, the specific needs, and timeframe for care. In a timely manner, she identified two caregivers whom we interviewed by Skype. Both were fully acceptable. The draft contract contained nothing unexpected. Although we decided not to contract for care, this does not reflect badly on Trusted Touch. They were highly professional, provided timely communications, and even followed up after the surgery date to see how the member was doing. I would not hesitate to contact them again if the need arose.

We tried several different agencies before finding Trusted Touch; Sibo worked closely with us to find just the right fit for our family, and we could not be happier with the caregiver who lives with our mom! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Trusted Touch Healthcare for the care of your loved one. The director, Sibo Ncube, is a caring and compassionate person. Sibo has made every effort to meet the every need of our elderly parent. She employs a great staff, and offers her ongoing personal support. Living several hundred miles away, the services provided by Trusted Touch Healthcare has given us peace of mind that our Mom is in wonderful hands. From Arlington, VA Sibo and her staff are dedicated to helping the whole person. The caregivers have been so sweet and caring, even in the most difficult situations. They have always been there when I needed them for support and have taken great care of my loved one. They are quick to fix situations that are in need of adjustment and have been praised by our home PT person as well, for their interest in assisting them with exercises and therapies. The therapist had not seen this before in other caregivers. I highly recommend this team of caring individuals. Their hearts are in the right place.
