I have been living here at Avalon Grosvenor for almost a year. I really enjoy the community. The best part of living here is the concierge Michael DaCosta. She is extremely attentive and helpful to the every need of the tenants as well as the pets. There is nothing that she wouldn't do for you. She is kind and respectful as well. If you need a helpful hand or an ear to bend, she is definitely the one to go to. I hope she stays forever! I just adore her!

I have a friend who lives in Avalon Grosvenor Tower and I'm thinking about moving in because whenever I visit, I recieve a warm welcome from Michael DeCosta. Michael is very kind and she demonstrates how comfortable it is to live in Avalon. She always greets me with a hello and smile. Thank you Michael!

Michael DeCosta is such a conscientious and committed concierge you could ever have. she has been with the property for as long as I can remember since I came to the building almost six years ago. She is always ready to help and ready to offer her service even when it means going out of her way. Without any reservation, Avalon Grosvenor Tower is entitled and privileged to have Michael!
