If I could give more stars I would. My mom had been using them for years and when she was in hospice care at home the alarm went off, so I called them. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. Mr Duncan came out the next day and took care of the problem. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me that I didn't know because he usually dealt with my mom. I understand why my mom did business strictly with them! I will definitely continue and I highly recommend! I can't thank them enough!!

Great service, been using them for years. Had to replace our septic and Duncan's made it easy.

Horrible job they do always ask for more Money then they quoted. Then he says Girl in There own office don't know Price he Always ask for more then girl in there office gives you price. and also leaves bunch of stuff on bottom of tank horrible service and always uses bad leagues when you tale him What price was quoted from there office. never use this Company Again i would use Shilling Septic Over any other company Shilling septic is the Best.
