Shilling Septic is a Godsend! I was selling my house, had an home inspector standing in my yard telling me I had a failing septic. I didn't want to lose my buyers. My neighbor recommended I contact Shilling Septic. They were out the next day to access my septic system. The next day(Friday), Shilling Septic had the Health Department out to verify if a new system was needed. Monday, AA Co and Shilling Septic were digging up my back yard for a perc test. A little more than two weeks later, I received approval for the grant for the tank AND Shilling had gotten the green light to install from AA Co.. Two days later, they were digging up my yard again. Shilling jumped through hoops to ensure my then septic system did not go from failing to failed. They expedited the process with Anne Arundel County and referred me to the Bay Restoration Fund Grant (which pays for the tank installation). Again, submitted and approved in just a few weeks. Mandy answered all my phone calls. Ray, Fred or Ritchie answered all my questions. Today, you can barely notice anyone had been digging up the yard a month ago. I love Shilling Septic! Thank you again.

This guy has done many of my neighbors tanks and drive ways. I called him about gravel for my driveway, he was out the next day with an estimate that I considered very reasonable. Give him a call!

Very Fair with pricing, knowledgeable, Honest, personable just a all around Good Guy!! Used for septic emptying, and replacement.

This was my first time using Shilling Septic and I will certainly be a return customer. I had never serviced the system at my house so I had questions which they were able to answer thoroughly and gave me recommendations on keeping my system in proper working order. The techs were very professional, courteous and clean with their work. I highly recommend Shilling to anyone in the Pasadena area looking for a quality company to service their Septic needs.
