What an excellent experience. First, I thought I knew what I wanted. Then wanted something I couldn’t have. The. I ended up with my baby and oh how I love her! I traded in my 2019 Jetta and got a 2022 Tiguan! She is amazing and beautiful. And we are the first pair to leave… she was the the first 2022 out the door. Literally, off the floor. The sales woman Nikki was amazing. Considering I interrupted her lunch. Very friendly and I really was glad that I was stuck laughing with her during the waits. Alexsy in finance, awesome. My wife needed to get to work and he made it happen and still explained all the fine details! You rock! Bill the sales manager was awesome from the beginning! He made me feel welcome and sure of this deal! And boy did he offer a great deal! Thank you to everyone! You all made me feel like family. Your sister in Catonsville should take lessons. You guys ARE the best!! I will always be a customer!

My experience was great, when I walked in the door I was greeted by Jermaine, he assisted me through the entire process and helped me get into my 2021 atlas cross sport. I was then helped by JOSH JONES! What a guy! He made clear what I would be paying and even gave me some good advice moving forward.
