We recently purchased a new hot tub from The Hot Tub Store. The entire experience was seamless. From looking at models in the store to excellent communication and knowledge of each hot tub as well as the installation. The day of installation temperatures were below zero but that did not stop this team from getting the hot tub set and installed. Amazing installation crew , administrative staff and owner made for a great experience. Highly recommend them to anyone.
