        Im a vacation home owner in Mc Henry. Ordered a Sundance tub from the people at VTrips DBA Taylor Made Deep Creek Creek Vacations on 12/29. Then was told in early April Oh, our hot tub guy is no longer with us. We dont have the tub you ordered in stock and cant order one but, we do have some that are twice the cost of what you ordered. So, I called Sarah at The Hot Tub Store and have a May 1, 2023 install date set up for the tub I want. They did in 3 weeks what VTrips (DBATaylor Made Deep Creek vacations) couldnt do in 3 months. Its 2023 out there! Youve got to use due diligence if you want to shop local nowadays. You cant depend on a name like you used to. Now McHenry residents are a very small handful of over SEVEN THOUSAND owners VTrips staff of over ONE THOUSAND represent. The lake just got exponentially larger while we the fish got smaller. Shop local folks! (If you can) Update: The hot Tub Store was there at 9am 5/1 and gone by noon. Went exactly as planned. Thanks Sarah!!!

        Wow! Just wow! This place is amazing and the people are outstanding! After being super frustrated with two other hot tub dealers, I happened upon The Hot Tub Store from a Google search. They had the hot tub installed in a few weeks! And it was not an easy job, as our site was very challenging to get to. But the team was excited about the challenge and the installation was perfect. I highly recommend The Hot Tub Store!
