Love it here very quiet the leasing team is amazing and the maintenance staff is good one problem is theres poop EVERYWHERE going close to the kids bus stop there is no care how that area looks the grass is and yellow very patchy it is muddy and theres trash everywhere two my neighbors dog who never shuts up it barks all day long its so annoying and very inconsiderate for the amount of money we pay to live here I wish it would stop

I am heartbroken as a resident to come outside early in the morning and see yet another car with all 4 tires stolen sitting on bricks. This is at least the third car I have seen. One car was literally brand new. I noticed the day it was parked- a few days later it was sitting on bricks. Despite this being a very problem, I have seen no attempt at security or no repeated communication. Ive seen only one communication and that was some time after the first cars tires were stolen. It makes you feel so unsafe and unprotected. Security needs to be contracted.

We have experienced very good customer service care from our leasing consultants. They are helpful, professional, positive personalities who will help us whenever possible. Customer service satisfaction is their number one priority.

Nice place to live only if you dont have any type of motor vehicle that you care about , because it will certainly be stolen and /or vandalized. We pay luxury rent prices but have zero security. Even low cost apartment communities have roving security patrols. My $80k vehicle was stolen from in front of my apartment. A few days later my neighbors wheels and tires were stolen off of his vehicle. Now this past Monday my window was busted out of my car and attempted theft of my vehicle AGAIN. I went to leasing office when my vehicle was stolen and asked if there were any cameras r because my vehicle was stolen. I was told no cameras and sorry. Leasing office response was to send out an email to residents telling us that vehicles are being vandalized and MAKE SURE WE HAVE RENTERS AND AUTO INSURANCE. Wow. Really?? Not we are installing surveillance cameras and hiring a security guard to patrol the property overnight , but just make sure we have insurance!! Leasing has a surveillance camera at the dumpster to make sure no one dumps trash illegally but no cameras for the security of the residents. I called today to speak to the property manager and Ive yet to receive a call back from the meeting he has been in since this morning and its now 4pm. Do yourself a favor and dont move here.

Expensive for no particular reason. I've lost two motorcycles at this apartment. The first one was towed while I was at work and the apartment complex pretty much gave a smug face and said it was the towing company and my issue. Second motorcycle has been stolen and again not particularly helpful. Had to get police over to be able to see footage of the theft. Staff is nice when you interact with them so I am going to have to assume it is a management problem. Indivuals problems don't directly affect anyone at a big company like this so they just don't get handled well. While it is true these things could happen anywhere, you also don't pay "luxury prices" for standard living.
TlDR: crime is bad at this complex. Management is some of the worst, staff is nice. If you are military there are way better options for better prices that are just as conveniently close to meade. Stay away from here
