I just called to inquire about the two bedroom units, the staff was very informative. Very patience with my series of questions. I was informed that they are at 100% occupancy at the moment ,but to try back soon. The prices are very good for Howard County, hints to why they are at 100 % occupancy.

Aaron is great. He handled my maintenance request quickly and efficiently. Give that man a raise as soon as possible. Hands down one of the better employees that has worked in this complex. Management still isn't very good (especially with communication), nor is the complex handicap accessible (excluding some handicap parking spaces). That being said -- Aaron is reliable, hardworking, and deserves more recognition for his efforts.

Aaron serviced my fan needs immediately upon request and explained the turning maneuvers that I had always heard about with ceiling fans but never understood until now. Aaron is a thorough and knowledgeable handyman who clearly takes pride in his work and is always friendly and pleasant.
