We went yesterday to fill up my son prescription around 6:40 pm An Asian girl helped me and told us that they couldn't help us because the pharmacy would close in 20 minutes. I begged her to please give us the medicine. They simply didn't want to help us. The service is terrible. I will never visit this pharmacy again. They should make an exception if they have clients because they stay about 20 minutes later until they can give the medicine since many times one goes for an emergency

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's unfortunate when calling the pharmacy to check before driving to the location they will not tell you if they even have a specific medication in stock. You must drive out there to be told no. I was told this is the policy of every Walmart Pharmacy, which I found to be untrue. All others let me know BEFORE I drove out.

Staff do not adhere to proper medication disposal. Rude pharmacist. Delivery time always delayed. Good bye to this pharmacy.

Man Walmart in Germantown the employees and managers they are rude no good try to return something didn't know the policy change didn't get any respect to get nothing back for it they don't got no shoes for my seven-year-old son they are going out of business looks like it the bathroom is dirty and smells I think it's a lot of real people work there I'm going to stop going to the shopping and used to be my favorite place to shop no more
