        I have Kaiser insurance but needed something urgently, so I went here with a prescription and said I would pay out of pocket. The receptionist took my insurance anyway (not sure why) only to tell me 40 minutes later that they are still processing my prescription because my insurance wouldn’t go through. Well I knew that, that’s why I told them I was self-pay! The receptionist simply didn’t have a clue. They did apologize for the long wait, but come on, they should learn a little more about insurances since it’s an essential part of their job!
