Great experience with John and his team. We had a water leak that was damaging the carpet. John was super responsive when I first contacted him which was after hours. Got out the very next morning to treat the carpet to prevent more damage, once water issue was fixed, did a great job putting it back and cleaning. Would use them again.

As a first-time customer I had a great experience with Crown Carpet Care - scheduling was easy, the guys who came to the house were friendly and efficient, and the carpets look great! I'll definitely use them again.
