I worked with Patrice Nouwezem after a storm damaged my roof and my chimney causing water damage. Patrice and his team did excellent work and helped me remodel the damaged section of the room to my liking by keeping the brick chimney exposed and framing it nicely as an accent to the room. Patrice also helped me with my insurance adjustor and was very persistent and timely to make sure I received the appropriate claim amount. I used Milestone Restoration for cleanup of water damage after ground water flooding of my basement. The owner of the company, Patrice, was very prompt, professional and considerate of the fact that this was not covered by insurance. The work performed was very good, everything is dry and clean. I needed to clean really old and deeply stained carpets, Mr. Patrice actually came to my location and evaluated them, was honest and upfront and told me the price. NONE of the other companies offered this, they gave me estimates and kept on increasing the cost of the service as I described the carpets. He and his crew were here on time, courteous and polite, did a very good job on these carpets, honestly I didn't have much hope. Now, they are lighter, cleaner, and smell really good. I am very happy with the results.
