I used Father and Son company to clean my basement and stairs carpets. Richard was very professional and was attentive to my carpet issues. He gave good confidence based on his assessment of issues. His team came to resolve the issues and he would not rest till the carpets were entirely cleaned and looked nice... I was impressed by his resilience and professionalism... He was very hardworking and definitely seemed like man of his word. I will definitely hire Father and Son for all my carpet cleaning needs based on my experience with them alone. Amazing service and professionalism. As full time Realtors and Property Managers, we use Richard and Son Companies all the time for our carpet cleaning and repair or replacement needs. I spent over $600 to get two large carpets and one wool runner cleaned. I specifically said they had a dog urine smell, and they assured me that they could get the job done. All three items were taken away for cleaning at their facility, and they were returned smelling worse than they did originally. The company came back and took the large rug again, and again failed to remove the odor. The runner and smaller rug were never adequately cleaned and they made no attempt to rectify the situation. The long wool runner was permanently damaged since it dried in a crooked position and could not be straightened, so we threw it out. It was only a few months old. They showed up again and literally sprayed the large rug with a squirt bottle of a mystery solution which did nothing. At that point I abandoned this business since it was clear to me that they have no idea how to clean carpets in a pet owner's home. It was a lousy experience from start to finish. Very impressed with their thoroughness and care. Ran a bit late because of equipment problem, but called and kept me informed of new arrival time. Plan to use them the next time I need cleaning. Services: General carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning
