Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have brought my vehicle here a couple times to install new wheels and tires. The service is hit-or-miss depending on who is working that day. Stu is incredibly friendly, timely, and professional. The guy that looks like a mini Danny Trejo...not so much. If I was dying in front of him I don't think he would even flinch.

My wife at an appointment at 12 PM. She came on time and was told that there would be a 2 hour wait. She waited in the waiting room but at 1 PM a man came for his appointment and he was taken right away. At this point, my wife stood up and said something and she was told that the man had an appointment. My wife reminded them the she did too and she had been waiting for an hour already. At this point, they took her vehicle but they lost the work order and her keys which caused further delay. It took my wife over two hours to get an oil change. She's 5 months pregnant and that's an excessive amount of time for her to be in the waiting room. Never coming back!

I had an amazing experience today! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 8am and arrived around 8:10am. Even though I was late my car was finished before 9:00am. Stu was extremely friendly and let me know where I could find a beverage if needed. I decided to do some work while I was waiting and he told me to inform him if the TV was a distraction and needed to be turned down (which it was not). The shop was clean as usual and there was a place for me to sit comfortably. When my car was finished he let me know that all looked good and explained the break down of the evaluation and we had some small talk about my car. A few customers came in and out of the shop and Stu greeted them immediately and showed the same friendliness and respect for the other customers as he did for me. I have been a customer of this shop for a few years and this has been one of my best experiences so far. Keep up the great work!
