The Service Team here at this dealership really needs to step up their customer service! they lost my sisters Car keys during or after her Car had gone through service. OK, people make mistakes... no problem... Its Saturday afternoon & service is about to close so you all should Put her into a loaner vehicle so that she can come pick up her car on monday afternoon/evening once the key(s) are found or new key(s) are made for her Car. But No! They couldn't even do that! Does this dealership not have some sort of Service Loaner Program like the other reputable dealerships in Maryland? Or in America? The Management & staff simply kept pushing the blame and pointing fingers at each other and nothing was done to try and make the "VIP" Customer Happy. I would give this Dealership ZERO STARS if that was an option...

I'm really disappointed on how long it took them to do a sheehy VIP service on my vehicle. I waited for 4 hours. I don't know what's the point on making a appointment
