        Im giving this hotel 5 stars because they provide excellent customer service from the time me and my husband and our children checked in they were very accommodating and super helpful to us. The whole front desk staff are amazing! The manager Rudy is super generous and understanding and the whole front desk staff has positive energy. The 2 people that stood out to me the most was the 2 gentleman at the front Edward and Alexis. You can tell they love what that do, I even see them interact with other guest very professionally and the guest always leaves super pleased. Also special shout out to the housekeeping staff. The rooms were super clean, we appreciate the hard work you put into our room. Thank you! Good Job to Rudy the front desk manager for running a smooth and successful business. Thats very rare to find in hotel business these days but here everything was TOP TIER!!!! So thank you!

        I have been trying to get in touch with Hotel Manager Rudy who is out every time I call. I've called multiple times the last three months. We were issued a refund and have been informed the invoice has been sent to the hotel to process and it hasn't been. Only rating service as we didn't get to stay.
