Great staff-- very patient and they were very helpful and courteous to the customer -- they let the customer sit on a bench even though the space is limited and lent her a phone to call the customer service at T- mobile for the account pin. It was not their fault that the staff at t-mobile could not locate the account holder pin. And the customer was very appreciative of their patience and help throughout the 3-hr visit. Their staff at their outpost in H-mart were also very helpful, kind and patient and they give out appropriate and relevant information regarding cellphone repair and the information needed for porting. Their friendliness and patience have been consistent throughout the 3 -day visit (I was that customer and I will be returning at the right time-- I have another SE right now).
