        An employee decided to make changes on my account without proper authorization or permission which cut my phone service for several hours. Very unsatisfied with Verizon after this ordeal. Had to call another place as no one here made an attempt to fix the situation.

        useless employees on 03/10/2024 early afternoon, but at least they were open and staffed. manager talking on his phone on a personal call the entire time i was in there, which was almost an hr. would not recommend.
