Bad experience with this location with the manager who has no idea what's she's doing. Had a problem with my phone not receiving in coming calls. The manager tells me to call the numbers your not receiving calls from tell them to call you while in the store?? I don't think she understand what I told her. The T-Mobile rep could not even get through by calling my phone. T-Mobile mailed me the wrong phone need to be shipped back customer services stated to go to a T-Mobile store to have it shipped back to us. I explained that to the manager who was so lazy that said we can't accept that you have to call them to send a shipping label then mail it back. I left T-Mobile Security Mall location due to the poor customer service and manager. I travel down to the T-Mobile location on Security Blvd Location where they was so much more professional, understanding, very pleasant. They accept the phone needed to be retuned with no problem.
