Scheduled Michael and Son to check and fix a couple of items in our master bath(low water pressure from one shower head, snaking of a drain and fix a faucet) and could not be happier with results. Lalpeck and Samson were dispatched and they were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly determined the issues and remedied the situations. Great service.

I'm the property manager for several homes and apartments. Usually I do the work myself but was too busy this time. M&S showed up at the tenants' place as planned. Found out it was a leaky faucet which was broken. I've replaced them many times...maybe an hour of work. They quoted me $500 to $1300 to replace the faucet. If I provided the faucet, it would be $400. So that's $400 per hour as their rate. They gave me 5 quotes, 3 of them above $1000 and I couldn't distinguish the difference among them. So, if you want to be dramatically overcharged, give them a call.

I called this morning with my issue and they had an Electrician out to my house within an hour of my call. Tyrel Fetterly was the Electrician and he was great. He figured out the problem quickly and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Overall was a great experience.

Stay away from this company. They offered a great service ONLY for a new installation but you are nobody for any malfunction afterwards. My AC unit (Rheem brand) was installed in January 2021 by this company for a total cost of $6,000. However, to my dismay, the unit stopped working completely in 2 years. Their technician came out and told me that major parts of the unit had to be replaced with an estimated labor cost of $2,400 since parts were under manufacturer warranty.
I made multiple attempts to reach their HVAC department hoping to either convince them to honor the total service cost or at least to negotiate it down. However, their unprofessional customer service reps refused to let me speak with the HVAC service manager or provided his contact other than forwarding my call to his desk where I Left so many ignored voice mails.
The company has failed to meet my expectation in providing great customer service or taking responsibility for the work they did.
My repair was later completed with another vendor.
