Oct 12, 2017 645pm, First time in this location, Likes N Dis-Likes: Likes: I Received friendly greetings from the beginning entrance, and all the way through the ending exit, and did not ask straight away "how could I help you", but rather gave me a reasonable amount of time to look and decide. Likes : The ice cream shake I received was tasty and a good amount for the price +well balanced. Dis-Likes: Even tho the employees do not contact the ice cream, and only the scoop, I still wanna see fresh plastic gloves worn during service of anything, but no gloves at all are used. Dis-Likes: The place is empty, the employee's are not doing anything, yet looking around revealed the fact that cleaning at least on the customer side of the area was neglected severely. Every thing from ice cream stains on the top of the trash can and wall surfaces, to a floor accumulating all kinds of debris, trash, ice cream toppings, ect. , A quick sweep by one of them and a quick wipe down by another wouldn't be hard nor hurt anything, but it just isn't done for some reason.

I been a customer here for years and have never experienced what I did last week. As I approaching the store of the young kids locked the door on me. The store wasn't scheduled to close for another 10 minutes. I thought this was very dispectful and unprofessional. When I made contact with the another employee through the window and asked for his name they laughed. The kid who locked the door on me looked at me and said "he didn't care if I called the mgr or not". To me he just he didn't care about his customers and nor the job. Grounds to be fired! I was speaking to a few ladies outside that said he was very disrespectful to them as well. I know times are changing but when did Baskins and Robbins start allowing this type of treatment to customers. I don't recommend anyone go to this location because you may experience the same treatment. Besides the kids close the store whenever they feel it. Where's the mgmt.
