        The food is Sonic fabulous. The staff is quick and excellent. This location suffers from a horrible and not immediately apparent entrance & exit. Instead of being accessible from the main road, you have to enter through the Walmart parking lot, AND the signage is not clear on where to go to get *in* to the flow of the location. Add in that it is the ONLY location for Frederick and the surrounding area, and it becomes a bit of a damper. OWNER/FRANCHISEE: Please consider the long-term investment of remedying your in/out access and another location. We crave it! Update: February 2024 It seems they are losing staff, and the location continues to trend downward. More kiosks are disabled. About are labeled "app check-in only." But, you also lose the screen which will show the status of your order. Factor in a 15+ minute wait, and you lose confidence that your order is registering with the location. Quite frustrating. This location needs help and some rebuilding - both facility and staff.

        Let me just say your food as to be pretty awful for me to leave a review. Burger was worse than a school cafeteria burger, bun was all soggy meat had zero seasoning, tater tots were cold and unsalted, soda was flat. No joke probably some of the most horrendous food I have had in a while.
