I had a very pleasant experience. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and everything went very smoothly from reminders of my appointment, sending link for me to complete all the paperwork prior to my visit. I was able to show up and get started right away. Dr explained everything and all staff members was very nice. Thank you for your service!

I made an appointment because of mind numbing pain between several different teeth options. I had a referral from my dentist. Once there I explained I can not open my mouth only by an inch. They seemed frustrated. They did the scans on my entire mouth. They looked at 2 top teeth which was on referral, I tried to explain I think it's my bottom tooth. They can't look at that area because it was not on my referral. I said call my dentist, I have already spoken to them and they want you to look at the bottom tooth also. No they refused to call nor listen to their patient. I asked them to open scan back up to look. No they wouldn't. I was then told they sent the results to my primary dentist. 3 days later after several calls to them, finally I said I'll stop insurance Co from paying you and I dispute my portion. Amazingly the scans were sent immediately. On the positive they didn't do a unnecessary root canal. Result when I got into another endodontic, severely shattered moler, with infection from ear to throat to sinus cavity. From a concerned endodontic to an oral surgeon 1 hr, to hopefully an in-house procedure 15 hrs.

Dr Yang and all the staff were very caring and courteous to me. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my root canal procedure. Definitely 5 gold stars for everybody in the practice!!!
